I am a Spanish high school teacher. I have taught multiple levels for 5 years and this is my 6th year. I have offered tutoring and courses outside of schools to adults and have thoroughly enjoyed that. I believe that learning a language is one of the most valuable things a person can do to integrate themselves into today's multicultural world. I am also a yoga practitioner and teacher. I have been practicing since the age of 15 for half of my life! It’s my passion. I am a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance (200 hours) since 2017. My main training and practice is in Hatha yoga. I also enjoy teaching teenagers, yin, aerial, vinyasa, yoga philosophy and integration. I believe yoga can transform your life.

I was honored by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef among the five best coaches in the region I have a great passion and love for harnessing my practical and field sports experiences to develop the youth of this dear country.

Also, I am a Technical Committee Member of KukKiWon. I hold an extra Certificate which is 7dan Black Belt Military Martial Arts, 8dan Korean HapKiDo, International Master Class.
